Most people probably don't realise you can buy a cheap hub or dock for phones and just play it on a TV like the switch, I was running dolphin on my tv at 120hz and f zero gx at 720p and it looked amazing, it felt super responsive too.

I remember when the first samsung smartwatch came out a friend asked me if i could put some apps on it as you couldnt install everything from google play on it. But it still used a android OS. One of the things i installed were emulators, and they worked. Nowhere near all apps were compatible though but it was possible on the first android smartwatches.

My friend still has my N64! We never talked about it 😢

The thing about Forza Horizon 4 is that they removed ALL DLC on the same day they announced the game being delisted. Now the only way to get the extra content is rebuying the game. Unbelievable.

I had someone try to keep my game, he said “I forgot your game at home, but if you give me my game now I’ll bring yours tomorrow” and I told him we will wait to swap tomorrow, that I wasn’t giving his game back until he gave me mine back. The next day he came to school with my game and we swapped.

Now I wanna see if Nintendo has the balls to go after Apple because of that emulator the way they do with everyone else.

I bought an Android smartwatch about 11 years ago, and even then it could emulate Ps1 pretty well.

Touch screens are probably easier for most but lack tactility (is that the right word?) so that'd be nice if it was something they could work on. 20:06 Oh even better: I used to know someone who seems to have been a bit of a kleptomaniac and would uh "borrow" games from people then lend them to others without telling anybody. I had a friend who claimed to have lost my copy of thousand year door on GameCube back in middle school. But somehow still had the case. I’m so glad they remastered it. Of course though, they announced it 1 year after I eventually dropped $100 to have another GC copy. Now I have both versions and an empty case/manual lol

The only console that’s need a apple watch emulator is the playdate. Just because you can make motion with your hand to emulate the handle.

Imagine if Nintendo took the jump and released their own line of Smart Game and Watches that mainly run NSO games.

The days of borrowing games were fun, and dangerous, and a damn weird time but they are missed. I remember lending SNES games and forgetting about them till I’d go over to my friends house and seeing it. A friend of mine saw took my red dead redemption and Batman on 360 and I never got it back BUT he ended up being a manager at a GameStop years later and boy did he pay it forward. (thanks Mike). And the crown jewel had to be a coworker of mine borrowed my ps3 when metal gear first came out because he didn’t have a ps3 just to play through the game. I did get it back a week later. I feel those days are over. But if you did it everyone’s got a story
